Rental pricing for Lakeview Events Center varies depending upon each event.  Property and buildings utilized, time of year, day of week, number of guests, setup and teardown requirements all play a role in the rental fee.  Describe your event in detail to the owners of Lakeview Events Center for a quotation.

The majority of Lakeview's events are weddings.  Rental is:

A one day wedding is $7,000 (10 a.m. until midnight).  You may add on the day before or add the day after if you wish.

Due to the Covid Pandemic, we are temporarily closed.

​

Wedding pricing includes:

• Use of our beautiful 100 acres and our totally private lake

• Lodge and deck overlooking stone patio with patio furnishings and umbrellas

• Ceremony gazebo

• Upscale restrooms with showers; and lounges for pre-wedding preparations

• Pavilion for casual gatherings

• Large, luxury reception tent with flooring and curtain sides

• Tables and chairs for 240 guests

• Buffet, cake and gift tables, and bar

• Bistro tables outside wedding tent overlooking lake

• Baby grand player piano in Lodge (often utilized for cocktail hour)

• Lighting under reception tent and throughout the property

• List of area vendors for your assistance

• Pre-wedding meeting to cover details of your day/week-end

• Setup, teardown, trash removal, and recycling

• Buildings and grounds cleanup

• Fire pit and Adirondack chairs overlooking lake

• Fishing and swimming

• Use of Lodge for cocktail hour

• Overnight tenting allowed when choosing a multiple day event

• Liability insurance
